Challenges
The challenge was to design a complete and scalable ecosystem that adapted to the complexity of the School Feeding Program in Colombia. Additionally, it was essential to ensure that the software provided a user-friendly experience and complied with data security and confidentiality requirements. PAEstarAlDia, as one of the systems with direct interaction with citizens, needed to be developed as a priority to ensure the successful implementation of the program, involving different social actors at the national level and monitoring the entire program’s logistics chain.

Results
SiPAE and the PAEstarAlDia software have had a significant impact on the efficiency and quality of the School Feeding Program in Colombia. Thanks to this platform, the Ministry of Education and program coordinators can access real-time information, improving decision-making and strategic planning for PAE. PAEstarAlDia has facilitated program supervision and monitoring in each educational institution, ensuring timely food delivery and providing adequate and nutritious meals for students. With our support and continuous monitoring, SiPAE and PAEstarAlDia will continue to be key tools for improving school feeding in Colombia, contributing to the well-being and development of students throughout the country.
