Challenges
After the consultancy, our challenge was to build the information system for the Venezuela Migration Observatory, aiming to present information in a user-friendly manner and structure an administrative module that facilitates site management. Additionally, we needed to develop a system that allows access to dashboards, studies, reports, and other relevant sections for information presentation.

Results
Our work has enabled the ONM to have an information system that provides an efficient platform for presenting and updating migratory information. The system has facilitated informed decision-making by key stakeholders, academics, and other actors involved in social sectors. By accompanying the ONM and the World Bank throughout the creation and definition process, we have successfully met the DNP guidelines and obtained technical approval of the information system. This has strengthened the ONM’s capacity to provide accurate data and relevant analysis in the field of migrations, contributing to the understanding and effective management of migratory flows in Colombia.
