The main challenge was to develop a system that compiled data from different sources while ensuring accuracy and reliability of the information. Additionally, it was crucial to design an intuitive interface that allowed users to explore and analyze data in a simple and effective manner. The system needed to be based on gender indicators, as well as a dynamic and accessible visualization system for women across the country.
The resulting analysis also allowed us to identify those opportunities for technological and methodological innovation for the observatory.

Results
The website has become a crucial tool in promoting gender equality and designing inclusive policies in Colombia. Thanks to this platform, key stakeholders can access updated and precise information about the situation of women in the country, facilitating the identification of challenges and the formulation of strategies to promote gender equality. We delivered a dynamic website with over 40 gender indicators and multimedia publications that have empowered women and provided accurate information to members of Colombian society.
